Attended the Reset Connect networking event at Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. Discussions with speakers from Green Economy; UK100; Quorn Foods; WRAP focused on Shaping Resilient, Sustainable Cities for Thriving Communities and, Building a Sustainable Food Future and Resilient Supply Chains. One key concern raised was the need to better align green investment with local delivery plans, avoid “green myopia” and develop stronger decision-support tools to support effective implementation. Also great to connect with The Carbon Literacy Project representatives Sojan Johny; Centre for Sustainable Development & Innovation (CSDI) Projects Head Umadevi R during the networking sessions and exchange perspectives on local sustainability initiatives and community-led approaches.
