CSDI works with communities and local partners to create practical, inclusive, and sustainable solutions that make circular living part of everyday life and drive related behavioural changes in communities transforming them. Our programmes help households and neighbourhoods reduce waste, share resources, and adopt low-carbon practices that improve wellbeing and strengthen local resilience. By combining research, innovation, and community-led design, we support people to build the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed for green economic growth. Together, we demonstrate how circular living can empower communities, reduce inequalities, and create healthier, more sustainable places to live.
Co-designing circular solutions including neighbourhood circular pilots, repair hubs, sharing libraries, community composting, and school-based circular living initiatives.
